There are also a few photos of KAT-TUN 10KS promotional stuff under the cut, because I have a lot of feelings about 3-member KAT-TUN lol. Sorry about that >_>;
The first place we went was the Shinjuku Tower Records. Last year, this location had had a bunch of signs up asking people not to take photos, but this year, they didn't have any such signs… instead putting the costumes in the Johnny's corner where it was really hard to get a good photo, so I'm sorry for the crappy angles.
At any rate, I seem to be an idiot and don't have it written down anywhere whose Korosensei costume this was, but the blue mission outfit was Geek's! I was really excited, because last time, his pink outfit was in Kansai and I wasn't able to see it.
As such, I was morally obligated to take a ton of photos of it. XD;
I liked the white shoes.
I really liked the back lacing detail on these costumes!
We had a brief errand to do in Harajuku, and we were delighted to find these advertisements in the station~ We're supporting you, KAT-TUN!
After Harajuku, we headed on to Shibuya, where we were excited to see the Bourbon popcorn CM on the big screen in Shibuya crossing! Because it was an LED screen, it was basically impossible to get a good photo, but I was really excited to see it! Then, we headed right across the street to the Tsutaya to see the next round of costumes.
Tsutaya always has awesome displays for new releases, so we stopped by the one for Sayonara Sensations before heading to see the costumes. I love the comments that they write about each member. XD;
They also had an awesome huge display for the costumes!
Commander and Bullet… gotta love that height difference, lol. Poor Yamada |D;
It's been a mystery to me this whole time why Commander has a blue (rather than black) shirt and why it's a clashing shade of blue, but you know, I don't ask questions about Johnny's costumes…
I like seeing how janky the weapons look in real life |D;
I also couldn't help taking some photos of the 10KS promotions, too >__>;
There was even a giant 10KS banner on the side of the building!
Last we went to see the Shibuya Tower Records display! It was also in a different place than last year, but the setup was better in that there was a cordoned-off line area so that everyone got their turn. These two were Sonic Hunter and Falcon Jr.!
As with most of the weapons, the shurikens looked special without CG. XD;
It's really fun when Johnny's lets us see the costumes up close, and I'm sad that they don't do it more often. Still, I'm glad that I was even able to see these!
